Basic and detail engineering, the development of operational management strategies, project-specific performance guarantees and EPC models take place in the planning phase.
During the realisation phase, the focus is on procurement, inspection & expediting, construction measures, assembly, installation, commissioning and approval.
The operating phase includes services such as training, service & maintenance, monitoring, system optimisation and, if necessary, recycling of the system.

The Herford project is a state-of-the-art battery storage facility near the Westfalen Weser Netz substation in Herford. It stabilizes the German electricity grid and actively participates in the frequency containment reserve (FCR) market and intraday market in a cross-market optimized manner.
